Detailed Description
Working principle
??This machine is a novel horizontal intermittent type vacuum drying equipment .
The wet material is conductively evaporated. The scraper stirrer
continuously removes the material on the hot surface and forms a
circulating flow in the container. After the water evaporates, Vacuum
pump out.
Performance characteristics
◎ This machine uses a large area of sandwich heating, heat transfer surface, high thermal efficiency.
◎ The machine is set to stir, so that the material in the cylinder to
form a continuous cycle of state, to further improve the uniformity of
the material heated.
◎ The machine is set to stir, so that the slurry, paste, paste material can be dried smoothly.
Adaptable materials
◎ Pharmaceuticals, food, chemical and other industries conduct the following materials drying:
